The front halves of the driveshafts are different for the R154, W58 and A340. Disassemble the DS, get the front half you need and go. Replace the center carrier bearing since you've already got the DS taken apart. Trust me, yours is probably shot.
89 NA with an 88 wing from the dealership. Same way mine was when I bought it.
The difference: I didn't paint mine lime green and blow it up for a shitty tv show.
Nothing wrong with the direct impingement system on the AR. There was a thread recently about a POF gas piston upper going kaboom recently, on the other hand.
It has a name for a reason - to make sure we know what one another is talking about. Why perpetuate an inaccurate statement?
Adjuster - Cartridge is nice, but I usually use 'round' as my common term.
Wikipedia is your friend:
A magazine is an ammunition storage and feeding device within, or attached to, a firearm. Magazines may be integral to the firearm (fixed) or removable (detachable).
The cartridges in the magazine are loaded into the firearm either automatically or manually...
I can't wait to get this thing on the road! Hopefully I can get that other lower ball joint installed without your car hating me any more....
funny how you didn't mention our little coolant leak problem, lol
EDIT: You didn't menition the FUN with the pass door and driver door hinges...
holy 2 year old thread ressurrection batman!
i still dont think a getrag is worth it. the final drives in the mkiii are too fast - you'd have to shift too much.

Like that ^
But that one and the Greddy one have the 1/8 NPT ports on the filter side.
If you've removed your EGR, BVSV and the VSV or anything else, make sure you don't have any wires flapping around that may be chaffed and can short out when you go around a turn or something by hitting the manifold or block.
I used to have the Greddy Full Auto. I didn't like it. I (and two other friends with the same type unit) all have problems with it cutting off and resetting randomly.
I prefer the Blitz FATT DC IV much more. Fairly cheap, simple and easy to install. And I've never had a problem with it...
IJ fittings on what item?
This is all just a mental exercise for me at the moment. A lot will fall into place when I actually have the engine in my garage. The only things barring me from that now are helping a friend finish his 7m build and lacking funds.....
