well i took it for a hydro carbon test, they confirmed that there is exhaust gasses in my coolant, motor will come out shortly !

sounds like a sound idea, combustion gas test gets done by a radiator joint etc?

ive had a few bov's seize up on me, infact my mate built a monstor rb30 had had massive surge, took his bov apart and lubed the internals (greddy i think?) and it was back to being happy! my stock bov now only opens under 2-3 psi now
