Wiring specifically for the pump and spark? You need the EWD. The only thing I can think of is a wire is grounded and blowing an EFI fuse. More like an EFI relay not working. Your CPS can ohm correctly and still be bad. I havent seen too many faulty CPS's, mostly faults in the wiring.

The 60mm exhaust is specificly for the 7MGE. Putting on the Dragger wont hurt the engine. But you will lose low speed torque.

You want a feeler gauge that is angled, not straight.

Uhh, no. The OEM clamp works best. They are very easy to install and remove, and dont need tightening. You dont use hose clamp pliers to install/remove them if that helps. Use long needle nose pliers and just squeeze.
