In general, no. It is either gasket or RTV, not both. FIPG is Toyota brand, it works very well in my experience. FIPG is used with gaskets, but not on gaskets, but to cover certain areas, in addition to the oil pan.
Not only that, but the subject has been brought up in numerous other threads where that wasn't the main subject.
If nothing else, excess threads use up server space.
Runs good cold and bad when warm is almost always NTC thermistor related. The coolant temp sensors can be bad, but not out the specified operating range. Such as high resistance, but not open. Check with an ohm meter when the car is warm.
I have done two Supras, the same car twice. And more 4Runners than I can count.
I had one comeback, my own Supra. It wasn't the headgasket, but I leaned out the motor in a quest for more power. It burned between cylinders 3 and 4.
