Did you monitor fuel pressure while driving? I wonder if you have problem in the 9-12 volt switching relay. Maybe you are going from 9 volts to 0 volts instead of 12.

Besides the other things mentioned, we can eliminate the transmission if your engine speed is not picking up. If the engine speed increases, and the vehicle does not, then you have a slippage problem.

The power is different because the long block is a little different. The intake cam is different, and the Cressida does not have ACIS.

I can't read everything on the guage. Are you supposed to hook it up to the guage cluster itself? As opposed to fused igntion, and chasis ground?
You should use the volt meter to see if you are really hooked up to ignition and ground.
