On the page I linked to, it shows the heater relay, which powers the blower motor. I was just trying to show you the direction, since you indicated you were going to do it yourself, and not pay a proffessional.
Good luck.
It cleans the engine bay by hiding the coil packs, and is made of plastic. Which I think has an "R" value of zero. And it doesn't way anything, so I can't think of a reason to ditch it, other than twokwiks ignition mod.
JJ, I read your write up about the radiator testing you did. And I read on Reg Reimers site about radiators that looked good but were clogged and didn't flow worth a damn. Makes me think that a new stock Toyota radiator and cooling system will hold and dissipate much more heat than it is given...
I haven't used the eman, only read about it. Why did you scale the airflow back 30%? For overboost? That is what I meant by clamping the signal. If you ran this way before and it satisfied the fuel trim monitor, then something may have gone wrong mechanically, such as the intake leak you say you...
Check out the new pipes, with full coatings.

+1 for HKS for improving a product, and to SupraSport.com for supporting the community. I am not doing a before and after dyno. Those have been done in the past many times, it...
No, the TPS voltage being stuck at 1.65 volts. OEM tune up parts only, to prevent electrical misfires from mismatched parts.
I know there is a point at which people need a different plug, such as doubling the factory power.
Cold cranking amps is a rating at zero degrees farenheight. Cranking amps is the rating at 32 degrees. When is it zero in Florida? Those are things you can consider.
What about with the throttle depressed? Does it go up? The idle voltage should be just under a volt.
I don't think this problem is contributing to your symptom. You would go lean.
Since you want to do this yourself, start here and get a good digital volt-ohm meter(DVOM).

Fuel is vaporizing in the fuel rail with hot shut down. Yes, a weak fuel pump can do that, so can other things. Because if your fuel pressure was weak, you would likely have drivability problems.
You have air in your cooling system.
