Vacuum Issue's and understanding why it's happening ?

Of a vacuum leak? Wrong manifold. The KV meter can not account for humidity like a hot wire mass airflow sensor can. Just so you know. On a side note, you don't have wires twisted together and taped to cover do you?

    i love my mk3

They are expired and I don't live in Ohio anymore. So now they are on the wall. I would get something like 7MFTW but I hate the internet and social media, and don't want to be associated with it.

    Emissions Help!!

What do you have for a catalytic converter? Without any other numbers, you could also have high NOx from a bad cat and not know it. And for the moron, this isn't about the EGR which causes cooler combustion temps which has nothing to do with his A/F ratio.

Engine overheats on highway with AC on

Get the shroud. Do you understand why an air conditioner will put more heat in the coolant? And if you do, then you understand why there are extra fans? The shroud pulls air over the entire core, rather than a small spot in front of the fan. I would check to see that temp and high pressure...

    Emissions Help!!

As opposed to the truck? The truck has a 4 cylinder engine. It can't be used. Wow. Sorry for the distraction, but this needs to be deconstructed. Well, no it doesn't. In fact, it causes a small stumble. Exhaust gas is inert. Because the fresh air charge is diluted by inert exhaust gases...

You know they were out of production for two years by then, right? Jan 86 is when they were new. Not 1995.

    External Auto Transmission Cooler

The torque converter is slipping unless it is locked or in multiplication. The trans doesn't slip unless it is defective. And then, it is only the clutch pack, not the planetary gear set.

That is a decent size. Do they rate it in BTUs?

    7MGTE ECU Differences

It will idle lower by design. The fluid coupling of the torque converter allows it. And it needs to so it doesn't roll on the unsuspecting.

Went to the drag strip for the first time ever, put down some crappy times, advice?

My 1991 with the A340e at 3900 lbs with me and fuel ran a 15.5 @ 92 with the down pipe and exhaust. With the manual boost controller set to 13 psi (and the Lex meter for fuel cut) I ran 14.8 @ 98.

Went to the drag strip for the first time ever, put down some crappy times, advice?

Try telling that to the company that produces the Camry and Corolla as its bread and butter. If you don't step on the accelerator pedal as hard, the transmission will upshift anyway because it thinks you are in no hurry. The TPS signal has replaced the throttle valve cable in this...

87 turbo automatic cant burn out help!! Upgrades?

Yeah, the torque converter can be restalled. If you do that, you need to use an external trans cooler.
