Why not just use the long block, since there isn't a differnce, and there isn't a "JDM" spec of any sort. The difference is EGR and lack of NOx control. Just put your US controls on the long block and it will work.
If you built it correctly, that is exactly what it will do. The ram air effect doesn't happen until you are moving, and the faster you go, the more shoved in. Your airflow meter will only account for so much, don't go thinking you are going to do much more with it.
No, the T04E compressor is well past the sweet spot at 25 psi. Just look at the compressor map. I am not saying you can't do it. Have bowl work done to flow the air the compressor is trying push.
