Need some help, can't seem to figure this out..

Nothing wrong with a felpro+ arp's for low boost. I know that arp's should be torqued to 95 ft-lbs, but is that true of both mhg's and composites?

Furious But Lazy 7M owner who gave Up.

Huh? If you don't take the studs out of the water pump, how are you going to fit the bolts in? Did you mean nuts instead of bolts??

    Project Git 'er done!: Stages 1, 2, 3, 4....Stage 5- Reassembly after 13 years!!!

Today I dropped the intake assembly off at the machine shop so they could clean it all out. I was just too lazy to do it myself. :) I received new filters for my 680's in the mail today, so I'll probably clean up the injectors and install the filters tonight. Oil pump drive shaft bearing replacement

LOL- agreed. I replaced mine, but it was a serious pain in my butt, and I had to replace one of the replacements because I gouged it so bad. I DID learn however, that it's a bit easier(but not much) to fit if you freeze the bearings for a while. Then you have to polish them to the right size...

    Speedo not working

The short cable? Mine was $16 from the dealership. And Speedometer Plus quoted me $40 for a new long cable, vs. oem $115+ Now if you meant the metal elbow, well yeah. Driftmotion sells them for $89.

Headbolt torque used? Does it run smoothly? I'm wondering if you're sure of your cam timing(not ignition).

    Bogwon's 87 7M GTE project

The big black rounded sensor on the side of the throttle body, with the blue writing on it. See the empty socket, just begging for a plug? It's probably sitting out of sight, underneath it.

    Bogwon's 87 7M GTE project

Well, Driftmotion has bolts as well, but they actually look just like the ones you purchased: http://store.driftmotion.com/static/i-1jz2jz7mvalvecoverbolt.php Somebody else had a kit that included what looked to be beville washers with a rubber underside, but now I can't remember where I saw...

    Project Git 'er done!: Stages 1, 2, 3, 4....Stage 5- Reassembly after 13 years!!!

Welcome to minutiae of my build. The truly exciting stuff... Almost done rebuilding my throttle body. For those just tuning in, I had torn one of the two throttle shaft seals when I took it apart. So I purchased another throttle body online in order to obtain exactly ONE throttle shaft seal...

    Bogwon's 87 7M GTE project

Buy the upgraded valve cover fasteners from Driftmotion. They include replacement washers. Also, you have a stock manifold, not an FFIM.
