Nah valve covers make no difference I think. Taking the manifold makes a but of room though... but still hard.. The 100% best way is taking out the engine.
I got it on about a week ago.. It wasnt to bad. The intake manifold was on also. All it takes is a socket and a swivel and time. but it is in nice and tight now.

= / I put the NA injectors back in. Started her up and saw fuel pouring down. Good thing it is only from one injecter that needs work. I guess I'll change the o-ring on that one again.
