    Help with door handle piece

Hey man- I just did that piece yesterday. The switch in the top pic bolts onto the inner handle, so that it sits vertically. You see that little U-shaped cutout on the bottom of the mounting tab? There's a small post on the lower part of the inner door handle, that that cutout will align with...

    My new 7M buildup...long road.

Boring update: I installed the above-mentioned fasteners into the front timing cover, and also installed my Long oil cooler behind the intercooler, and before the AC condenser. Next I will install the remote filter mount and Tstat up front under the passenger headlight, and start running the...

How to: Ghettoize your Innovate LM-1 wideband.

I like the cables that convert to a round design for much easier routing. This one is 36" long! That'd allow you to mount the main board in quite a few locations, I imagine.

Will motor care need before storing an open motor for winter

Spray down the pistons/ walls with some sort of heavy lubricant that won't drain off. seal the fuel lines somehow- even if you just plastic wrap the ends.

Custom widebody and back bumper project.

Agreed. A bit shorter and it'll be great. Why do you put down the duct tape first, does that allow you to remove the flare? Does FG not stick to duct tape??

    bluedragon17's BHG re-build...........

You can clean the ex. valves(it's just carbon buildup), but it takes alot of grinding. I got tired after only two valves, and got on Ebay and bought a new set for $60 shipped.

    Power, No power. Repeat. (video)

Yeah, my car surges a bit under moderate to hard acceleration when very cold. That being said, I no longer try to run it hard till I see the temp needle starting to rise off the peg. As for the AFR's; as mentioned above, the AFR should occilate slowly at idle, and rapidly through full range at...

550cc vs stock. how can i tell?

I misread your original post. You shouldn't put post 88 injectors(high impedance) on a pre-88 car(low impedance), because the injectors will be slow to open/respond(though you can put low imp.'s into a later car). If you want 550's in your 90 car, best to go buy some.

    Engine Issues continued

Hella rich at idle through highway cruising could also be a defective CSI. But you should try testing for boost leaks as Grim says.

550cc vs stock. how can i tell?

The plug and play injectors are Denso's, and possibly some HKS units. The Denso's have a pinkish red color to the top area.

    First Trip to the Dyno

Until you get a set of 550's, I'd say add 5 more psi to the AFPR.

    Flywheel question!

Yes, but only if you're using the NA tranny- A.K.A. W58. PS- If you're using an old OEM clutch, it will slip at anything above ~220RWHP.
