You know, I can't say I've tried it, but I did have my door panel off recently, and you are correct, there is a pretty massive space there. Obviously the width of a 6x9 would fit, considering that 91/92's had 6.5" speakers there... I'd suggest you get yourself a cheap 6x9 and start fabbing...

You know, If you'd be interested, I have a set of Mk4 TT rims, 17x9.5 all around, +50 offset. Would have two good Nitto 555's on them, if you'd be interested, I wouldn't mind working out some sort of trade for the wheels you have there. Not in any hurry, but it's something to consider. :)

It's always been my belief that if you want an engine to last, build it to withstand 30% more power than you intend to intend to use. In other words, if you want 500hp, make sure it'll hold up to 750. No sense in putting something through undue stress... If you have the means, I would recommend...

For a toy, I love the idea. For a daily driver though, I can see that being one hell of a headache if something were to go wrong, blow a coolant or oil line for one of those turbos, etc... One question though: does that bigger turbo clear the stock hood alright? Looks like it's gonna be fun...

Nice car man, color and wheels look a lot like mine, although your wheels are a bit bigger... I think they look good personally, and a 17x11 will allow for some nice wide tires, to help with the traction situation. Personally, I'd have nothing less than a 315/35 on the rear if I had those...

Andy (ARZ or Arizona Performance) has a 7m swapped 240 that would scare most people. I still haven't forgotten that ride... 1971 240z, weighs nothing, 7m powered, ~480rwhp, it was fun to say the least. :D
