    Won't Start

So, have you followed any of the above advice? It's not unusual at all for it to be something easily overlooked. ;) Check your fuses, may as well check all of them while you're at it, sometimes things are related that don't seem immediately important, and if that fuse is out, then... Follow...

    Pulling the 7M-GTE

You should be alright to pull the down pipe along with the motor (I could be wrong, never done it that way before). I know how much of a PITA it is to get that bottom inside downpipe nut off... Been so long since I've messed with a 7m much. Uh, as for the crane, good job! Seriously, I used to...

CT-26 Turbo on a 1jz Good idea or bad idea....

I second this. All that's done to my 1j is the BC 264 cams, a bit of head porting, and a 3" test pipe/catback. I'm running about 8psi and it outruns my 01 SS Camaro 6 speed with relative ease. I'd say I'm easily in the 300whp range here, but have no experience to *definitely* say that it's all...

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

16x8 +0 fits a Mk2 beautifully ;) Oh wait... I'm guessing you're talking Mk3 considering your list of cars there... Hmm, considering where Mk4 17x9.5 +50 sits front/rear, I'd have to say no for sure on the front, and maybe on the rear. Talk to some of the Socal guys, there's more than a few...

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Well, expensive wheels are generally forged, rather than cast. Forged generally means lighter than cast, and the less unsprung weight you're trying to lug around, the better. Makes everyone happier, except in cases where it snows. Then a light wheel = difficult to keep traction. ;) If you'd pay...

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Kasey? Recognize you from AZSC... anyway, I'm running the Mk4 17x9.5 on all four corners, +50 offset, 275/40 tire all around. The fronts look PERFECT, but they're just a tad wide and affect my turning radius. Think full size 3/4 ton truck. ;)

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Can't answer your questions about huge tires out back, biggest I've done was Mk4 9.5 w/ 275/40 tires. To answer your second question though, I put the same wheel/tire up front too. If your car is too low, you'll rub a good bit (when turning sharply) on the inside, making u-turns a bit more...

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

If you're just using the Mustang wheels for beater wheels for now, then no worries, they're easy. The wheels you have in those pictures are gorgeous on that car though. I don't suppose you have any pics of those 315's on Mk4 tt wheels though? I was thinking about doing that, but it would cost...

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Doesn't look terrible, I would cross out the 'svt' and put something more suited to the Mk3 on it though. ;) Pretty obvious that the tires are a bit stretched, so don't go parking too close to curbs... your rims won't like that.

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Is that what they are? Thought they looked kinda familiar. And I kinda assumed they were centerlocks... shame. You're right though, I don't have that kind of time on my hands to convert my car, nor that much drive, all things considered. Would be kinda cool for a track toy though...

    Advice on Megan coilovers..

I'm not so technically informed to that extent, all I can give you is my own results. When I had the Megans setup like I did for when my car was 7m, I had massive amounts of wheelspin in 1st and 2nd with the 1j. So, twisted the knobs on the rear to soften them, and no more wheelspin, unless it's...

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

Ok, I know I'm REALLY reaching here, but does ANYBODY know where I could find a set of the wheels that they used on the Denso Sard Super GT? Besides flying to Japan with a couple wrenches and stealing them off a retired car somewhere? :p

    Painted Covers

Already beat you to it Clint... although the high temp clear kinda turned them a bit orange-ish. I started with a base of clean metal primer, then put on a few coats of fluorescent pink, then finally the clear. Might redo them in the future.
