The point here is there will be another spec'ed piston on the market...it does not matter who makes it. If you don't want to buy it, then don't!

Center to center for Eagle 7M rods is 5.98...so, these should be ok there.
The real problem is the bore...85.5mm is +.100 oversize...don't think you'll be able to make that happen without a huge amount of work.

The EGR valve will work...the NA Vac Modulator and VSV are different. You will also need the EGR cooler at the back of the head if yours has been removed.
Bottle - are these going to be made by you guys in house?
Or, is these pistons going to be a vendor supplied product? (they look a lot like CP pistons)
John - Are there any other options $$$ wise that would fund a lawyer? Say a loan?
I hate to see you flush your time/effort on the Supra...but, I also understand you have to do what's necessary to stay out of this situation.

Reg Riemer had the stock head bolts tested a number of years ago....72 ft/lbs are within torque limits for the OEM bolts.

I talk about using gear oils that include friction modifiers (RP in this case) in Supra tranny's in this thread. Cliff notes...you don't want to use any gear oil in an R-154 or W-58 that has friction modifiers in the formula...
