    Honeydew's (AKA Sarah) Paint Job.

Nice job. Get some pics in the sun when you get a chance and post them up. Do you happen to know what brand of paint materials was used?

Damn, if I had room in my garage (and money) I'd buy it and part it out. Some good parts there.

Not yet. Just got over my Brothers wedding. I'll check with my buddy about that turbine soon, but I'm going to let him settle in his new place first. Don't want to be a bug a boo ya know.

    Car running smoother?

Read up. Some yamaha & honda motorcycles use the same size. Ford ztec engines have them. Just take one of your shims to a motorcycle shop and see if they have an assortment laying around. Buy the ones you need. Or visit your local junk yard and have fun searching...

Anyone Painted the Plastic Trim in their cars interior?

SEM does have "Plastic adhesion promoter" that can help with the peeling and lifting issue. Clearcoat is normally what protects paint from chips and scratches. I'd scuff the plastic parts with a 600grit scotch brite pad, spray it with the adhesion promoter, paint it, and clear it if you desire...

Michael, I'll take up on that offer. I really appreciate it. Oh, and I sent my son to Pre K this year... and that shit broke my bank. My wife went nuts buying him school clothes, supplies, and whatever else went with that.

Nah, it really isn't. I don't have another choice right now. I measured the compressor and exhaust wheels the other day. Turns out it just an ole plain jane 60trim T04e with .69 AR Ptrim turbine. Nothing special. Maybe later if I run into some cash again I'll step it up. As for now that's...

6 bolts. It's an older precision turbo with a garret compressor cover. Precision called it their 62E turbo at the time. BTW, how is Darrel doing with his build?

P trim. At least that's what I think according to the measurements of the turbine wheel.

Ok, have a couple of issues. First off, this SSAC manifold apparently is designed for tangential style turbine housings. My on center turbine will not clear the charcoal canister & a/c lines when trying to put it on the manifold. Second, I've got some serious p-trap issues with the drain...

Unfortunately it's not Vband. On center 4bolt turbine housing. Yeah, I know... but that's what I have in the meantime. I wouldn't mind using your downpipe, cutting off the vband fitting, and welding the 4bolt to it. I'll hang on to that vband fitting if I ever decide to get a "real" turbo...

Slow as usual. Trying to get over this wedding thing of my brother's. I'm out of funds at the moment. It looks like the feed and drain lines that I bought are a little too long. It's not so bad for the feed, but the drain looks like it's going to curve up a little before it drains. Kinda...
