Oilpan bolts are torx in the middle, 12mm(??) on the outside. Have you tried taking them off with a 6point? You can try that on a breaker bar( or use cheater bar) to crack them loose. Just be prepared for some snapped bolts in the process. Have your bBolt/screw extractor set handy.
