Wouldn't you still be limited to what your turbo flows? If your turbo was rated at 450 cfm's does it matter what's in front of it? Would your engine really see twice the air to utilize 880cc injectors?
That's good, but... you couldn't have check for that yourself? You could have saved yourself the cost of the tow and the shop's diagnosis charge. Oh well, better safe than sorry.
So if I cap off the side running to the Accordian, and leave it connected to the throttle body I'd be ok. That would make sense. I'd still be pulling vacuum through the throttle. I'll do that.
Ok, I've asked the question in the tech section about running breathers on the PCV and ISC lines. It's been advised not to eliminate the PCV system as it does serve a function other than venting. So I guess I'll have to fab up an intake pipe in front of the turbo with provisions for both PCV...
So don't use breathers on the PCV valve cover ports, or don't use them period?
Can a run a length of hose somewhere else and put a breather on it?

The accordian hose has two provisions. One for the PCV line and one for the ISC valve line. I'm running a T4 on an ebay manifold and will be running a MAP ECU deleting the AFM. I'm not going to have provisions for neither line.
