Ok, I jumped Fp & B+ and the pump does its job. Good. Tomorrow I'll check the fuel pump resistor & relay to make sure they're doing what they're supposed to be doing. And I'll get that starter tested. I'll go from there.

Thanks for the info on the fuel pump test. I have a '91 Starter that's threaded through the starter. It's a little easier to take out. I did it with two 12" extensions, a universal joint, and a 14mm socket. It wasn't that bad taking it out. I'm guessing it's gonna be a pain putting one back...
