The best way is going to be, drop the engine in and make the measurements. You might want to check with Shaftmaster's again...iirc you measure from the tranny seal to the face on the differential flange. The length has to be correct to fully engage the tranny output spline.
Toyota coolant is silicate free. IMO, what you have is fine to use.
You do not want to use an organic acid based coolant like GM DexCool in a 7M...ever.
HOAT coolant like Zerex G-05 is fine to use, but make sure the system is completely flushed with water. This is my coolant of choice...
Actually, I'm using the same bolts...mine are stainless. I didn't use the neoprene backed washers though...just used the stock metal backed grommets with an internal star washer between the grommet and bolt head.
Dont over torque these...the TSRM spec is in/lbs NOT ft/lbs ;)

The ATI damper is a good 5 lbs lighter than OEM and it's cheaper than buying the stocker at the dealer.
Octane boosters all pretty much use the same thing...toluene. You can get the same thing at a paint store (Sherwin Williams). Xylene will work just as well (Home Depot). Add a gallon to a full tank and you'll raise the octane 2-3 points...the small amount in the bottle on the shelf really...
Quick question before you go through this drill...does your insurance have glass replacement coverage? It's usually under the comprehensive section of the policy.
Also, if your Dad may have coverage under the homeowners or renters policy that may cover this.
