Did you check and made sure the O2 sensor was plugged in?? That can cause idle like that..first hand experience here
Fuel cut = Yes ( I know some guys use the 2jz Map Sensor to up it )
TEMS = Yes ( just need to make sure the wires are hooked up when doing the swap/harness)
Speed limiter : Not sure..someone with more mileage than myself with a 1jz can answer that .
Actually i have just turned to 1jz recently and I just love it.
It is an aweome engine no doubt and loves to rev.

If your NOx is too high..then its probably your cats are gone and is not heating enough to burn it up in there.

When you get the 2jz or 1jz, you have to use their respective wiring harness.
The 7mge or the 7mgte harness will not work, neither will the computer.
Get the JZA70 harness since thats the one that was on the Supras with 1JZ.
That is strange that all 6 will go out like that.

Oh yeah..440's are direct fit, and ecu can handle it..so i have been told.
550's, are great...and Emanage would be a better choice to use to controll/tune it. It does not...
I bought mine from NAPA : they come in small boxes with different orings.
It also comes with a thicker cushion gasket that sits between the injector and the fuel rail. Is that where your injector is leaking??
Little oring will not seal that, you will need the bigger gasket as I mentioned.

Well appareantly, i do not need the honr that is on the firewall above the master cylinder.
The two horns in the front near intercooler also works with the stock alarm.
