Im having the exact same problem. Only when i drive it hard enough ill hear the PSHH. sometimes it doesn't do it at all. At first when i had the vacuum filter i worked fine & it opened easily while pulling the throttle cable. But now the pre filter was toast since the heat melted it into a 90...
