Yup for lowest I mean how close the body is to the floor. So over all tire size is no difference. so... if you want to be lower go get smaller tires if you want lol.

Im on Tein HA with rears on the lowest setting and front close to the lowest.

Might be a narrow body. In the US we only got the widebody version.
