Something tells me the engine won't look like that if you go to pick it up...
He used to be on this forum.
That car is an abortion. Definitely one of the ugliest MK3 supras ever.
I'm not surprised to see it's for sale.
I WILL be surprised if someone actually buys it. It would be much easier to sell a stock supra. Good luck seeing out of the rear 1/4 windows to...
I made 380rwhp with my 57+1jz. The wastegate was opening at 10psi and boost was creeping in the top end to 16-17. We ported the wastegate a bit already but I'll be switching to an external wastegate soon and then I'll also be able to finally turn up the boost. I'm not going to make that many...
Jose I was wondering if you could please help me with a problem we're having. While driving low throttle around 2500 rpms the engine is running very lean (Over 20:1) and the car is bucking back and forth. Im using 2jz USDM 550s/AFPR/Bosch Pump (Flows more than a walbro), with a 57trim ct26 and...
Even with a test pipe you shouldn't be able to smell your exhaust from the interior (Unless you're stopped and wind is blowing the exhaust to the front of the car). If your exhaust extends all the way to the back of the car I'd check for exhaust leaks first.
Well that's the whole point. If people can just run breathers, can't I just disconnect the line temporarily while I have the velocity stack on? The oil vapor will still have a path to the catch can, there just won't be vaccuum pulling it into there (Just like if it had breathers).
This is not for everyday driving. There are also LOTS of people out here that run open turbo. The velocity stack enlarges and extends the front of the turbo past the exhaust manifold. It speeds up the air as it enters the turbo and gets rid of the restriction from the intake pipe and filter...
I'm not going to be able to do that before Wednesday. What if I take the line that normally goes to the intake and put it in front of the radiator, so the air being pulled through the radiator creates a little bit of vaccuum on the hose to pull the oil vapor into the catch can.
How do all the...
Wha? I've been on here a lot lately. Been getting a lot of work done on my car trying to cram to get it (mostly) finished for Vegas. I'm hardly on supraforums anymore cuz that damn site is way too unreliable and the search doesnt even work anymore.
I don't want to plumb it to the exhaust cuz...
I bought a velocity stack to put on the front of my turbo for special occasions (Not going to daily drive like that), but was wondering what I do with the hose going from the intake to the catch can, since there won't be any intake pipe anymore. Can I just leave the line unhooked from the intake...
The bulb holders are coming with the taillights.
I have an ivory box in my garage but never used it since I bypassed the failure box completely.
The 3pc wing is wired in and has been working fine for years.
I bypassed the tail light failure box when my brake lights went out.
I used the writeup at supracentral.com when I originally did it but the link doesn't work anymore.
