As the air leaves the radiator, it is looking for a place to go. A reverse vent gives the hot air a place to exit. Instead of giving the air an exit, you're forcing MORE air into the same amount of space, which will increase the amount of pressure in the engine bay, slowing down the airflow...
That's about the only way you can make that ram air hood functional, since you don't have a carb or a top mount intercooler. You're forcing more air into the high pressure zone and that will most likely slow down airflow through the radiator.
Pre89 turn signals are longer than the 89+ turn signals.
If you could even find a real turbo a front bumper I'm sure you'd have to pay quite a bit for it.
If you don't want to do it yourself just take the duct and your bumper to a body shop and have them do it.
