So....if i remove the resonator and replace it with a length of steel/alloy pipe, then i would a) get more induction noise b) have a little more lag That right?

Hang on - i thought that removing the resonator is a BAD thing? I was told its there for a reason!

the bookmarks should still be saveable - go to your documents and settings folder, your username, then theres a hidden folder called 'application data', mozilla, firefox and then somewhere in that directory tree there should be a file called "bookmarks.htm" thats the one you need to make a copy...

Eh - the Jag V12 is an excellent Engine - either in Carb or EFI form. Driven a TWR worked over one a few years back - definitely a fun car!

Yeah, MOT checks everything here - much stricter, emissions is just one part of it. Actually, ed must have the gear, cause he did a pressure/ CO2 test on my cooling system to diagnose my BHG...

I think he has access to one, either his own, or the one at the Lexus/Toyota dealership about a mile down the road from him. He has a degree in thermodynamics or somesuch, which is why he does all the porting and polishing for all the Mk3 owners in the UK....and as for his jesus like abilities...
