Just use a 7M harness from a pre-89 turbo. The plugs are different between model years. '89 was a bit of an odd year too - they were a bit mix and match...

I've heard and seen 7M blocks bored to 86mm...

Buying one from the GB works out more expensive than buying one here :( I will however, ask him if any of those universals are any good.
