Dowards brake set-up uses Mustang calipers, not A80. It's not that expensive either...~$600 for the front (including calipers) iirc.

Did you deck the block? Or, at least check it for flatness? Was the head decked and a valve job done? Do you have access to a bore scope?

Actually it doesn't make sense. A code 12 is no Ne or G signal within 2 sec after engine start. Setting timing is no way possible responsible for this code. It is possible for the CPS wiring or it's connector to be the problem. Or, the igniter or it's circuit could be as well. Carter - this...

I used to charge $100 for a turbo manifold...make sure they do the inside and use a 2000 deg F rated coating. Black is best on an exhaust manifold.

Powder coat is not going to handle the heat on an exhaust manifold anyway. It would need to be a ceramic coat.
