i had the same problem (wouldnt drive past 3000rpm) it was an intake leak + boost leak which cause it, i replce my accordian hose (it was cracked) and the coupler between the 3000 pipe and the throttle body and that fixed it. you should definetely rewire your KS, i recently did last month...

so i went to go change my ebrake cable because my old one was rusted through and snapped. (the cable connecting to the lever leading down under the car before it splits into two) i cant find where this is or might be in the tsrm.. anyway i unbolt 2 bolts from lever and 2 bolts when i lift...

just jack your car up as high as you can.. or park on a hill.. w.e.. and run your car with the rad cap off.... it should bleed the air out.. repeat if needed
