But i got a few misc. things on.. i was ready to put the head on... but then i checked the bolt for the head stud and i didnt have the damn right socket for it\!!!!... i used...
took me and a friend 2 hours to do.. mostly because it was sooo hard to get it to line up and fit in...
not sure what poodles was talking about.. but thats probably why it was soo hard for me lol.. i didnt grind anything though.. just used force

wont run well with that though. that may just take care of the stalling part. there are temp variations, etc that the ecu uses the iacv to adjust . maybe just have a flange made for the iacv on the manifold.
