Could have damaged it by connecting the grounds to the starter, I thought he got it fixed?
Yes the ground wires will reach the starter. Ask me how I know.LOL
How many wires do you have going to the starter? If you have more than one comming from the harness then you found your ground wires that are not grounded. If that's what you did then that is why your relay is buzzing.
What would bother me is the peices of wire and material that you cleaned off getting into the holes for the oil and coolant, not to mention the bolt holes, unless you had some way of keeping it out of those areas.
The one on the passenger side with a rubber cap sounds like the oil pressure sensor, the one on the divers side doesn't go anywere on mine, it's stumped a few others.
Z tires are also a softer compound. They stick better but they also wear out quicker. I know a few that use regular street tires for DD and they just use the Z's for the track.
You can get the right angle hoses from Auto zone or some place like that, they have to be cut a little if I remember right. Make sure you take one with you to match up the size.
The buckets not rotating freely, if they don't how would they operate freely up and down? Could be your problem IMO. You need to find another shop, with the clearences all over the place would scare me away.
