Yeah I doubt the motor is damaged because of broken timing belt tensioner unless they drained all your coolent/oil out and ran it with out them, then I can see the motor not being in good health...

Is the rest of the car complete? If so I say buy it back and redo the intercooler and piping... Its a small price to pay to get a car that you worked so hard to finish. And Id also invest in a alarm for her as well. Thats just my ideas if you had plans on swapping the 2jz in her then id...

Thank you all for the feed back id like to let this thread go for a day or two more and get more feed back from as many members as possable. ExileMFG and I are working on getting this brace bolted onto a MKIII and see how it looks and feels. We futher hope to make more custom supra parts...

If it where me id paint it the original color... Its easy, and cheaper and you wont half to worry about much!
