There is a spherical bearing and a bush in the Hub where the arms bolt on these wear and will let the wheels follow their own paths ;)
The arms appear straight but it's hard to tell from the pics.
My Aeromotive has no problems idling with 1000cc RC's and both the 040 and 044 pumps running.
I run a -6 return right to the tank and only see a 1Psi change between 1 pump and 2.
Put the jack under the Hub as close to the lower control arm pivot as you can, jack it up so the wheel is just off the ground then grab the wheel at the front and rear and see if it will deflect/wiggle.
You need to do this as described above.

Have a look at the cells around your idle speed on the Ign and Fuel maps, a trick I use to help keep idle stable is to have less ignition above the idle point and more below it this way if the idle speeds up the lower ignition timing slows it down and pushes it back to normal idle and the same...
