    The only time it's an issue is on heads that have been overheated at some time in their life there's nothing wrong with the "design" ..... :nono: (or morons that don't own a torque wrench)

    Keenserts install the same way regular Helicoils do so no reason why it can't be done on the car.

    A lot of work and hassle for such a little gain.... crank another psi of boost into it and you'll pick up more power.

    If the Valve works as advertised a 1.14 divided on a 67 would be the shot as it should spool like a .84 but be able to breathe in the upper rpm ranges.

    Indicitive that the head is annealed/soft...... Keenserts are thicker than Helicoils and have locking pins that prevent them unscrewing and once installed will be stronger than the parent metal.
