I call BS for a couple of reasons Ryan...
the AFM is the restriction NOT the stock airbox opening and I can't think of a chassis dyno that's accurate enough to show a 2hp gain/loss even if you dyno'd the mod on the same day.
J: I was worried about distribution using a single nozzle as my FFIM has a 90 degree turn into #1 so I went for the 6 nozzles, as the Meth/Water is only additive and not actually running the engine you'll be surprised at how little is needed to do the job and keep it out of detonation.
I spent a year of my life waiting for things to improve.... they never did.
I set a bail date and stuck to it but in hindsight it should have been MUCH sooner.
I blame much of the current wave of stupidity on Unreality TV build shows.....
"Here just bolt this on here and and quick tweak there and 5 minutes later you'll have 1500rwhp in your Geo Metro"
Exhaust dumps work on the venturi principle and velocity past the opening, using a muffler slows this to a point where they don't draw enough volume and you end up with + pressure in the crankcase and all the bad things associated.
A correctly designed and built system like I described won't...
Ryan: I was reading your question as you wanted to use a race style Exhaust PCV plumbed into either the exhaust after the Turbo or into the header before the Turbo?
My answers were based on this.
I run a proper PCV valve plumbed into a catch can with a small line to the intake and a large...
Only to the point where it runs out of room BC ;)
Then I guess it becomes a filter again and you get nice clean splooge into the intake.
There needs to be some way to drain it on a semi regular basis.
6x 100's
Any higher concentration means it becomes flamable J.
I use my Windscreen washer tank as the reservoir so I DON'T want to be cleaning the windows with something that can catch fire :)
