    Well no.... Weight reduction ISN'T going to give you a single HP even if it's rotational weight... :nono: It will accelerate quicker due to the lower PMoI and this will fool a chassis dyno into reading higher but it isn't actually making more power.

    If an MHG is correctly fitted on a cast piston engine and ANYTHING goes wrong ie: over boost lean out or detonation the ring lands will fail, same engine same conditions but with a composite HG the HG acts as a burst panel and fails saving the pistons.

    Tighter the AR the bigger the gate needs to be and conversely the looser the AR the smaller the gate within reason, you also need to factor in the desired boost as low boost on a big turbo will need a big gate to control the turbine speed.

    If it's been torqued down and ran chances are the Viton WILL lift in a few places so be prepared with some paint thinner and Copper spray.
