    <nodding>... so base + 20psi boost before it happens, fuel delivery levels out, this is where the Bosch MS pumps rule as they don't plateu like the Denso's. A Bud runs an EFI hardware business and has data on all the common pumps compiled through their own in house testing.

    I had a really good condition one from a half cut, it had the start of a crack in the usual place in the V of the tank, I had it patched before instalation. $280 for 20 years service isn't bad.

    Think of the load the towers are under during high speed braking and hitting a bump..... I really don't think 500lbs of engine is going to have the slightest affect :nono:

    Yeah I hooked it while test fitting the Chev, I'll straighten it out and paint it when I patch up the new sheetmetal :( I'll look forward to the royalty cheque ;)

    You can buy or build a brace to go between the towers to support the engine then it's simple to drop the front subframe.

    poly subframe bushings

    Installed my front set, piece of cake only thing I did a little different was to machine a recess in the SS washers to locate them on the nut as their holes are way oversize to the locating bolts.
