Way too common Sean people just don't seem able to accept their limitations and think they can do anything..... I blame reality TV car build shows :nono:

LSU 4.9's seem to default to Stoich when they go off, I've fouled up my pair a couple of times during remapping but a quick pass with the Oxy torch to burn off the carbon and deposits has bought them back each time.
I get 3+ years from a sensor before retiring it, I also mount mine in the DP...
Same but last time I mentioned it the resident genius's tried to tell me I was wrong.... blahblahblahbullshitbullshit.....
The general consensus seemed to be the 20 year old placard knew better than the manufacturer of the 35 series modern rubber I use...
