    Also I'd make 100% sure that TDC on the Damper is actually TDC on the timing case as the 7M dampers have a habit of slipping on their hubs giving an incorrect timing mark. To do this pull #1 plug and place a chopstick so it's sitting on the piston then rotate the crank watching the chopstick...

    With an auto you want a bit deeper gearing to make full use of the torque multiplication from the converter, you'd also be raising the cruising RPM so economy will suffer, the 650 with it's low 1st can give you the best of both worlds if you use the right diff ratio. If not may as well stay...

    Only way to do a project like mine :) EVERYTHING becomes simple On/Off 2 wire switches that pull to ground then you do the logic in software.

    I ended up polishing it off mine and resized the tunnels to suit, in hindsight I should have had them Moly coated as well but it was fine.

    Yep, 140a Alternator. I soft start the fans from 2a over 7 seconds to maximum. The MoTeC PDM's can shut off non critical loads if overall voltage drops below a preset point.

    Yep. My 7M had trouble running at cruise after 15:1 and will miss so there's no way the 20:1 on boost is accurate without it burning a piston.

    If it's missing it's going to show it as a lean condition. Looks a bit like it's blowing the spark out what's the gap?
