Possibly Toyota but they'e been deleting parts from stock like a mad man recently so maybe not unless a dealer has one on the shelf..

They're a fairly simple switch that while a bit fiddly can be pulled aparts cleaned and reassembled.
(did mine just before Christmas)
I keep a sheet of plain gasket paper in the shed along with a set of wad punches "just in case"..
Nothing worse then doing a repair on the weekend and having to wait for Toyota to reopen Monday to order in a simple gasket.

Be fucked if I'd rely on a limiter to catch a stock engine before it does damage....
Ign to off indicate to the shoulder safely with steering and brakes, once you get down to a safe speed put it in neutral get out change underwear ;)

Better course of action would be to part the wreck for as much as he can get then buy a running car to replace it.
