If they say all 6 are the same then no it won't matter, just make sure you assemble the Pistons and Rods facing the right way.

I bought a MoCal one for the Chev this time (it has built in -10 male fittings) but have had great results using the cheaper permacool's, all have been 180's.
Only ever ran the 180's here, 200 is a bit too hot for me as in testing back in the Z car days I noticed that Oil temp closely follows coolant temps Vs load.
Ditto on play musical shells and see if it changes, leave the block side alone and just swap the caps inserts around.
Last 7M build I did was on the high side of 2 thou and was fine.
