    Not at all as leverage comes into play, been doing it this way for 30+ years and have never damaged a tooth or a flexplate.

    Takes 2 people Neal, I remove the inspection cover and place a big screwdriver into the teeth to stop the ring gear turning. (Starter side to undo, Turbo side to tighten)

    Had really good results with mine keeping the stock shape just increasing the port size by around 1mm. That + Ferrea 1mm os valves/big cams the head flows like a mad bastard :)

    From memory they have a down angle when installed, if not just leave a small hole at the lowest point as a drain. You'll be stitch welding anyway so the hole can be a semicircle between welds.

    Used em a few times and here they're refered to as "Japanese Clevites" good quality bearing for the 7M.

    Haven't been able to buy genuine Clevite 77's for about 5 years now, someone might be sitting on some NoS but I doubt it. Pity as they have some unique tech that makes them very desirable but a little finicky to fit correctly
