i doubt its that dude's fault. i got several emails from several different members of the old SM containing the same virus. one of them was even 'sent' from an administrator. its probably just the way the virus works... -shaeff

basically all it does is idle up your car when you're parking, in order to make it easier to spin the wheel. its not needed, you just might need to rev the motor a bit when parking, just a little. many people remove it. make sure you block off all possible vaccuum leaks if you do. -shaeff

sounds like your AFM is unplugged. maybe injectors not plugged in? if you were pulling off vaccuum lines you could have tugged a connector for an injector. have you checked the ISC? check and clean that per the TSRM, as well as the TPS calibration. yes intake manifolds could cause...
