Lets do it! Someone start looking for a commercial space in PDX. Preferably with a lot of floorspace and some parking. We can frame out bedrooms inside it easily and scrounge some jobsites for used kitchen and bath hardware. I think if we could get 6-8 in on this it would be dirt cheap living.

I was reading a few posts in another thread by JetJock and I had this idea. What if we were to have an over 40 club here within SM. I was thinking we could have some stickers made up that say "GET OFF MY LAWN!" and have a small version of the SM logo under it. It would be an exclusive group...
