cant rev past 2k rpm when driving

*UPDATE* well, i tried putting my old fuel pressure regulator on, and there's no obstruction in the fuel lines that i can see. so i've checked/replaced everything except the injectors. now my question is, if injectors are stuck open/seized/ whatever, could they outflow a walbro fuel pump...

boost creep? i know stupid question.....

i dont even know why the hell someone would ask that question!? haha boost creep is exactly what it sounds like. when you're boosting, (say 6psi) your boost will creep higher than what it's set at, (say to 7.5psi). but, the amount of creep is not set, it can just creep until it stops...

    Ran Open DDP

when i first put my car on the road, i ran open BIC ddp. it was amazing. i did it for like a week or so. (you CAN manipulate the throttle to make it not too loud, but if a hill comes your way, you're screwed!!) i love the sound, my car is on the verge of running correctly now, and i've still...

S14 KA uses Same flywheel as 7M ??

make them check in a hollanders (i think thats it) interchange manual. maybe thats why they gave it to you. (man, i'd love to get my hands on one of those interchange manuals, they give you all makes/models of interchangable parts between all different cars!!!) -shaeff

    rear end question

look at the differential. if it says LSD on the back of it, you should use LSD oil. there's also a tag in the engine bay on pre'89 models, and in the driver's door on 89+ models. -shaeff

cant rev past 2k rpm when driving

well, to update my situation. it's not the fuel pump as i had thought i narrowed it down to. i replaced my new pump which i believed to be dead out of the box (spinning too slowly to maintain fuel pressure) and replaced it w/ a new wally. same symptoms. i checked the fuel filter, (its brand new...

Installed Boss 550 Stage V and CSF radiator

the basic idea, as i think nash stated above, is to increase the boiling point of your coolant, thus making it cool more efficiently without boiling over. -shaeff

Man I need to learn to drive......

get a new elbow. ;) you'll notice a significant increase in power right there. the stocker is wicked restrictive. (i highly suggest the BIC ddp) by the way, i have the 4.3 LSD in my turbo swapped 86.5, and have never had a problem with it. actually, you'll accelerate faster with it compared to...

    What Do you know

heh, well pardon my stupidity. :) when i did the 12v mod i didnt look at a diagram, i just did it. (read: so i really didnt look closely at the TSRM pages above when i posted one of them) SO, that being said, yes, the relay only drives the resistor. if you'd like, you can do what miggles said...
