not by a whole lot. the intake cam is a little different, and will start choking the motor at around 350-400hp, due to less lift, but more duration. if you stick a turbo intake cam in there, it'll be fine, as the heads are the same. -shaeff

you guys are blowing the SOGI short shift mod way out of proportion. mine is even shorter than that calls for, and i dont have trouble shifting... get some good tranny oil, new bushings, and some muscle. ;) be prepared to miss shifts whilst driving agressively with a true short shifter...

sounds like a knock sensor plug to me. if you're turbo, there should be two of them, one near the starter, and one on an even level as that, more toward the front of the block. yes, as stated previously, that is there to allow you to 'limp' home incase your fuel pressure regluator fails. if...

oh, i know that brake cleaner kills AFM's, i was just assuming that since you have a hotwire system, that it's ok to do that. (i dont know anything about the hotwire system, as i have a lex afm) but, BRAKE CLEANER KILLS AFM's. :) -shaeff
