Are you still having the same stutter problem Mike? Is your car grounded good? I added four grounding straps that I got from Rakkassan and it solved all of my electrical problems. Good luck and call me if I can help you.

It's already got the flange made on it for your wastegate Mark. I had to cut it off of another manifold and weld it on. It has a T4 flange, but I made it where a T3 flange will fit onto it. Is your turbo a t3 or t4 flange?
