They should be used with a flex-a-lite thermostat control switch and relays. It is available from www.summitracing.com. There is no acc power wiring in the that can run electric fans directly. You will need to come right off the battery for power and switch it with two relays to the two fans...

Exactly, I'm not sure where FAL gets their numbers at but the SPAL dual fans pull WAY more air. It's not even close. FAL is also not rated for 100% duty cycle. They will fail prematurely if hooked up to ignition without a thermostatic switch or fan controller. I have a FAL dual fan in my garage...
On the gas milage I can say that my 7m with 550cc injectors and a big turbo still gets better gas milage then my stock 1jz. The 1jz makes power from 2.5l by flowing lots of air and fuel.

Use a Spal fan controller with heavy gauge wire with good connectors. Zip tie all the wiring so it does not move around. Make a good battery connection with a new battery terminal if needed.
