That's an awfully small turbo. You might have maxed it out. The sweet spot for a T04e/CT hybrid is right around 15 psi. I'm not familiar with your particular turbo however. Doward should be able to help. I know Turbo Concepts didn't make their own turbos. Anyone know what Garrett unit this...
