    Blueish fluid?

I think he's saying it's odd to see someone with substantial mods (cammed 1jz with a t67) who doesn't know the basic fluids the car needs.

    Blueish fluid?

For a stock car, use stock lube. 3 liters of SAE 80W-90 GL4 or 5 Gear Oil Use redline shockproof if you are putting down big power.

Looking for a reliable/fun daily driver

I think the Civic is the perfect car for the college student (or anyone) on a budget. They are fun to drive, dirt cheap to operate, and are insanely reliable. It's a very smart choice. There's nothing wrong with the Civic. Just don't do this shit:

Help, A/C problem! Can't fill it!

Allow me to expand on this. If you connect to the high side while the car is running or the system is pressurized, it's likely your freon source can will explode. Be VERY VERY careful using that method. Like JJ says, the car needs to be off. (Disconnect the battery while you are at it to avoid...

    Crankshaft key way smoothed

I know of a MKIV owner that did something similar a couple of years ago (For the same reason - he "forgot" to torque the crank bolt). What he did at the time was had a welder "fill" the old keyway groove and then carved a new one into it. Ugly, ugly solution to an ugly problem. I was worried...

http://www.legalzoom.com/ Take a look there before you call a lawyer. You might be able to do this yourself. See if you find anything there that works (I don't have to time to look right now, but I have used them for other legal stuff in the past...) Let me know if that helped.

Removing Emmisions equiptment on 90 mk3 turbo

Anyone who knows anything about fluid dynamics will be able to tell you how stupendously ignorant that statement is. But why fight it? Since you already know everything, why are you asking questions?

    Sound Deadening Weight & Measure!

Duane, you on crack bro? The MKIV handles a LOT better than the III. You can look at the factory skidpad numbers and figure that out. .89 G for the MKIII .98 G for the MKIV But, as Duane mentions, they are similar designs. However, as much as I hate to say it on this site, the IV is a...
