i have one, but if i play my cards right, i'll have an '89 turbo targa in pristine 100% stock form this spring, for a killer price. (crosses fingers!)

i'm not in the viscinity of 400+ yet, but i'm pushing a bit over 300rwhp through my w58 with a clutchmasters stage 3 and a fidanza lightweight flywheel. it's great. it holds the power, full face carbon/kevlar disc, the pedal feels like stock.
i love it. however, i'm not sure how much power...
i've been running a w58 behind my 7mgte for around 2 years now, along with a clutchmasters stage 3, and a fidanza lightweight flywheel.
i'm currently over 300rwhp, and it's still holding fine. i treat it right when i'm just driving it around, but usually when i'm in my car, i'm flogging on...
perhaps it was on later model years. ('89+?) i'm almost positive that i remember GrimJack mentioning this several times. i could be wrong though. it certainly wouldn't be the first time. haha:)

exactly. my car is antibling. infact, after paint, the only non-black thing on it will be the gunmetal rims... so i would want something that i wouldn't feel terrible about painting.
would there be a price difference between a CF or a fiberglass hood? if so, what will it be? i'm really...
i rewired my fogs using an external 30A relay while retaining the stock switch. i use sylvania 100w bulbs, and they're super bright. (i used better wire)

1) check your diagnostic trouble codes
no codes?
2) check to make sure every vacuum line is connected properly. yes?
3) check every electrical connection

i'm betting that the tiny turbo on the 1.8T isn't pushing enough air to make the purge audible. but then again, that's just a guess. :)
a 1.8T's 7psi isn't equal in airflow to a CT-26's 7psi.

i'll snap some for you tomorrow. i'll be out in the freezing cold garage for a few hours messing around with my sawzall in preparation to mount the first one.
:)
i just read through this entire build (finally got a cable connection for the PC, haha) i love it! (your thread, that is.)...
